Is there a way to see your products in-person? 

While we are an online-based yarn store, we sometimes have open trunk shows with local stores and spaces close to our headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

Due to Covid-19, we have currently suspended our trunk shows until it is safe to gather again. If you are a local shop or space that wishes to host us after the pandemic, we would love to hear from you at 

Do you offer discounts? 

We have clearance sections for both yarn on sale and discounted knitting tools and accessories. In addition, check out our Special Promotions page for our latest sales, discounts and promotions. 

For those looking to buy sweater quantities, check out the Yarn Volume Discount, where when you spend €65 or more on select yarns you receive a 20% discount. 

Can I return an order? 

We can offer full refunds minus shipping costs on purchases within thirty days of purchase as long as products are in their original condition. This means yarn is in the original skein and needles are in-tact in packaging.

If you buy too much yarn for a project and it is after the thirty day window, you may exchange your in-tact skeins for in-store credit. 

For refunds, please send an email to with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. 

When will my order ship?

Our normal processing time is 24-36 hours, unless you are ordering a backordered product which will take up to six working days. 

As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. 

How will Covid-19 affect my order? 

Like many other retailers, we are experiencing shipping delays induced by Covid-19. We are doing everything within our power to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, and thank our customers for their patience. 

For reasons beyond our control, several of our packages (outside Europe) have experienced delays upon arriving in their destination country. As a result, we are working our hardest to make sure your package gets to you but cannot guarantee how long a delivery will take.

How can I track my order?

When you choose Tracked Priority Shipping at checkout, we will send you a link to track your order online while on its way to its destination country.
