Sashiko Happy Coat Garment Masterclass Make-A-Long is a 4-weeks masterclass designed and lead by an award-winning Australian designer of crochet fashion Susan Walsh, well known for her feminine garments with decorative seams and trims.
Shared in the Scheepjes International Facebook group, the Happy Coat was designed for intermediate level crocheters, who are comfortable with all the basic stitches, can maintain even tension over large areas and are relatively new to crocheting garments AND for advanced crocheters, who, despite the basic stitches used in this pattern will still face such challenges as short rows, shaping, edging techniques and working the large areas of embroidery over the coat bodice. There are tips and tricks with fdc and joining methods for the sleeves which crocheters of both intermediate and advance levels can transfer to other projects.
The pattern is also available as a paid ad-free PDF from Susan Walsh's Ravelry Store in UK English, US English, Dutch, Spanish and Swedish.
