Our 14-day return policy
You have a right to return any product within 14 days of receipt. As a first step, please send us an email (info@woolsofnations.com) to confirm you wish to return the goods. If you prefer, you can use our Right of Withdrawal form (NL, FR, DE) instead. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without receiving this confirmation. Then, please send the items to us together with a copy of the invoice.
Please ensure all return products are complete and in an undamaged condition. We regret that damaged or incomplete return items will not qualify for a refund.
Where goods are returned complete and undamaged, a refund will be credited to your account within 14 days. Customers bear the full cost and risk of the return, so please ask for a proof of posting receipt.
If the correct postage has not been paid, we may have to pay an excess postage charge for a customer return package. These extra costs will be charged to the customer.
Return exceptions
The following products are excluded from this general right of withdrawal:
- Sealed products. Once the seal is broken, such products are non-returnable
- Products where it is not possible to check the return items are complete. For example: Embroidery kits
- Printed patterns, and patterns in a digital format
- Books and magazines
- Fabrics sold by the metre. Such items are cut to size and cannot be returned
Do you wish to exchange something purchased in our store? Once we have checked your invoice, this option is also covered by our 14-day return policy.
