This canvas fabric is made of 100% cotton and has a weight of 280 g/m². Originally, the canvas was used as sailcloth. This makes the fabric particularly robust and hard-wearing. Due to its resilience, this fabric is particularly suitable for outdoor use, e.g. for cushions for garden furniture. Canvas is ideal as the underside of a play mat. The canvas falls rather stiffly, which is why it is particularly suitable for bags or jackets in the clothing sector.
