Customs & import charges
Orders shipped outside the European Union may require customs documentation. We provide the required shipment information to the carrier when preparing your order.
Import duties, taxes and any customs or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged separately upon delivery.
Packaging
We aim to keep our packaging as minimal as possible and to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. Where practical, we reuse suitable packaging materials from our suppliers.
Yarn is usually packed directly into a box or envelope without additional packaging. For items that need extra protection, such as needles, books and other delicate products, we use appropriate materials such as cardboard or recycled protective packaging.
