Is there a way to see your products in-person? 

While we are an online-based yarn store, we sometimes have open trunk shows with local stores and spaces close to our headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Due to Covid-19, we have currently suspended our trunk shows until it is safe to gather again. If you are a local shop or space that wishes to host us after the pandemic, we would love to hear from you at info@WoolsOfNations.com 

Do you offer discounts? 

We have clearance sections for both yarn on sale and discounted knitting tools and accessories.

Can I combine promotions, offers or discounts? 

No. Unfortunately, you can't combine discounts, promo codes or special offers. You can only use one promo code, offer or discount for each order. Sometimes, you will find that another discount or promo code has already been applied automatically at the checkout. This might happen if, for example, your purchase includes a free pattern or if your chosen product is already in the sale. If this is the case, if you enter any further promo codes, they will not work.

Can I return an order? 

We can offer full refunds on purchases within 14 days of purchase as long as products are in their original condition. This means yarn is in the original skein and needles are in-tact in packaging. If you buy too much yarn for a project and it is after the 14 day window, you may exchange your in-tact skeins for in-store credit. For refunds, please send an email to info@WoolsOfNations.com with your order number, date of purchase, and reason for return. Visit our Return Policy page for more information.

When will my order ship?

Our normal processing time is 24-36 hours, unless you are ordering a backordered product which will take up to six working days. As soon as we start packing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online.

How will Covid-19 affect my order? 

Like many other retailers, we are experiencing shipping delays induced by Covid-19. We are doing everything within our power to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, and thank our customers for their patience. For reasons beyond our control, several of our packages (outside Europe) have experienced delays upon arriving in their destination country. As a result, we are working our hardest to make sure your package gets to you but cannot guarantee how long a delivery will take. Should you have any further questions, please feel free to ask us at info@WoolsOfNations.com

How can I track my order?

When you choose Tracked Priority Shipping at checkout, we will send you a link to track your order online while on its way to its destination country.  Please note, that as soon as your parcel arrives in the destination country, the tracking information can be further provided by the postal service company of your country. Can I order yarn samples?

Yes. On our website, we try to show the colours of our yarn as accurately as possible, as well as describing its weight and texture. We also indicate the projects for which it’s most suitable (patterns with lacy textures, socks, cable knit sweaters etc). But sometimes, you might want to have the yarn in your hand to decide if it’s right for your project. You can feel the quality, view the colour in person and knit a tension square if you wish. We are happy to provide you with samples of most of the yarns we stock. Please email us with the details of the yarn (or yarns) you would like to see, or leave a note at the checkout to request a sample (or samples). We will include these in your order for free.
